Our financial services client is recruiting a permanent HR Business Partner to join their growing HR team for their head office in central Brighton.

Your new role
As a HR Business Partner you will work closely with HR colleagues in the Operations and Organisational Design teams, create effective relationships with specific business area, operating as a two-way point of contact for all HR matters, ensuring the HR services and products meet business requirements.

You will be supporting the business areas with people issues including workforce plans, succession plans and recruitment campaigns. Deliver training, mentoring and coaching to staff and managers on people issues and provide support on HR and business projects where required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you need proven experience of working in a business partnering role for a minimum of 2 years with experience of working in projects and programmes along with an understand of Agile project methodology and ways of working.

What you'll get in return
