The purpose of the role is to provide day to day servicing and administration of Client accounts in a timely, technically accurate and cost effective manner, in accordance with Company procedures. Main Duties: * Dealing with both client and insurer in ll aspects of New business, renewals, MTAs, and Queries * Advising clients on existing products in accordance with their needs * Handling Household, Motor and HNW risks as needed * Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures * Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote exceptional customer care * Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients * Actively secure renewal business by re-broking existing business * Promote and increase the use of in house premium finance, from insurer schemes. * Checking policy documents (including endorsements) prior to receipt by clients * To hand

We are looking for someone with good communication skills and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will involve a wide range of activities from daily to annual routines, including complying with Health and Safety regulations while maintaining a clean an safe working environment.
