An exciting opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, boutique Lloyds broker who are a leader in their specialist field.

You will become a key member of the Broking Support team and work closely with the brokers, clients and markets to facilitate the placement and servicing of risks.



Overview

The processing of all aspects of insurance documentation on Open Market & Binding Authority business for Property and Casualty - emanating primarily from US and Canada.



Examples of duties and responsibilities

* Produce Open Market Slips/endorsements, Insurance Certificates, policy schedules and debit notes.
* Produce Binding Authority slips and endorsements.
* Closing Premium - via the Insurance Market Repository. LPANS, Stage 1 & 2 signings and dealing with queries.
* Dealing with Accounts, Underwriters and Client queries.

What you need to show

* Candidates will need to have solid experience of front-end London Market broker support - the ability to create MRC slips and endorsements is essential.
* Experience of US and or Canadian risks would be ideal, but not essential.
* Exposure to creating open market and/or binder market broking documentation.
* Familiarity with Lloyds platforms.
* Possess a good understanding of the whole placement process.
