Due to increased business, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our respected clients as a permanent Customer Service Advisor with Insurance experience in Hornchurch. This role would suit a hardworking, driven, reliable candidate who is confident speaking on the phone as the majority of this role will be answering the phones and dealing with customer queries.
Duties:
* Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
* Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails, phone calls and occasionally in person.
* Be able to work under pressure.
* Handling customer complaints.
* Customer Service support to clients.
* Deliver exemplary customer service at all times.
* Give product advice.
* To maintain a high level of motivation to strive and achieve monthly and departmental targets.
* Stay up to date with new products, services and policies.
To be considered for this role, you must have Insurance experience as well as be methodical with excellent organisational skills and the desire to learn something new every day.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. Hours are varied and can start at 8.30am or 10.30am with a weekend 1 in 3 rota.
