They specialise in the US and Canadian business on an open market and delegated authority basis across a number of different P&C lines.



An opening has become available for an experienced Claims Broker working as part of an experienced team to handle a variety of claims across multiple lines of business from first notification to settlement.



* Ensure claims are lodged with appropriate markets and updates are circulated
* Negotiate with markets to achieve successful client outcomes
* Review complex claims and anticipate potential issues.
* Processing and facilitating prompt collection of agreed settlements/fees
* Address queries from syndicate & company markets
* Manage the relationship with TPA's, attorneys, adjusters and clients.
* Manage claims bordereau submissions

Essential Expertise

* Experience working within a claims role in the Lloyds / London insurance markets.
* Solid understanding of the claims processes, procedures and platforms in the Lloyds market.
* Confident using ECF

Desirable Expertise

* Experience of Canadian claims
* Use of Lineage
