Do you have previous experience of working in an Admissions role with a detailed understanding of the UCAS processes and postgraduate application procedures? Are you experienced in working in a confidential environment and have an understanding of Data Protecting requirements?

If the answers are ‘yes’, please read on, as a wonderful opportunity to join our busy Admissions Team as a manager is now open to applications! We are offering this role as a full time ongoing position.

As Information and Admissions Team Manager, you will:

manage all aspects of administration for enquiries and admissions to ensure efficient admissions processing, allocating and monitoring workload of the Divisional and Information and Admissions Team members

ensure all critical UCAS deadlines are adhered to

be responsible for the portfolio of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes within allocated Divisions by editing the University publications on UCAS and other external recruitment publications

carry out line management responsibilities for all team members within the allocated divisions

To succeed in this role you will have:

an education to A-level or equivalent qualification or experience

the ability to analyse complex data and present information in a user friendly way to a variety of audiences

the ability to work to multiple/tight deadlines

proven office experience gained in a high volume, busy customer focused, process driven environment
