HR Project Manager
6 Month FTC
£50,000 Pro Rota
A bFantastic opportunity for a strong HR Professional with previous experience integrating HR policies into large scale companies to join my client based in Mid Kent on a full time temporary basis.
This is a varied role where you are expected to manage your own workload and run with your own plans. You will be expected to:
* Revaluate the current Sickness process within the business
* Implement new sickness policies where nesscessary
* Integrate a new platform for registering and monitoring sickness
* Atend meetings to discuss plans
* Any other HR administration required
This role would suit someone with:
* A solid HR Management background
* Previous freelance HR Background ideal
* Excellent communication skills
* An understanding of how sickness can be monitored within a business
* Strong administrative skills and an enjoyment of administration work
* A highly organised approach to work
* A meticulous attention to detail
* A great attitude and sense of humour
