CHEF DE PARTIE – with an interest in pastry – package £24,000 -
This independent company have several very successful restaurants and due to this popularity they are now looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the team at one of their busiest sites. It is a contemporary, high quality gastro pub with a focus of fresh quality food and premium beverages!
There is an ambitious brigade of 5 chefs preparing modern British cuisine and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce. They cater for the bar and restaurant that together seat up to 120 covers.
Your duties will include assisting the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen. This will include contributing ideas for the menus, stock control, ordering, and mentoring the junior members of the team. Previous experience or an interest in the pastry section would be a real advantage
The ideal Chef de Partie will have had previous experience within a similar, high quality kitchen and be passionate about cooking fresh, seasonal cuisine.
