The role is to provide support for areas within the production process and to upkeep all areas of the business to a good standard. This role involves soldering and assembling lighting products for customer sales orders. In this role, you will be responsible for several customer orders at one time. Kits will be picked and delivered to your bench from the storeroom. Duties will include: * Carrying out assembly work in a manufacturing environment. * Mixing and filling electronic assemblies. * Hand soldering wires to circuit boards. * Cutting and prepping cables. * Managing your own workload while reporting to a designated Team Leader. * Testing products at various stages of assembly and identifying any problems to the designated Team Leader. * Completing assemblies within the time constraints set. * Maintaining workshop cleanliness and safety.
