The purpose of the role is to directly support the underwriting process for healthcare liability (HCL) business including pre-quote, pre-bind, bind and post-bind transactions. Main Duties: * Supporting underwriters with all ac ivities related to account development. * Handling daily correspondence flows on accounts. * Processing and filing documents including submissions, quotes, slips and endorsements. * Maintaining file integrity, including regular file reviews. * Undertaking account data entry into underwriting system. * Conducting preliminary risk analysis including data cleansing and manipulation. * Corresponding with brokers and following up on outstanding information. * Liaising with underwriters on account-related information queries. * Liaising with the Operations team on policy / premium queries. * Attending internal and external meetings as required. * Reviewing wordings and maintai
