Playing a key part in maintaining tenants' independence, you will deliver all aspects of support and housing management, enabling them to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. You will ensure the delivery of all aspects of support management functions. Your duties will include visiting tenants, assessing their needs, producing support plans to help them achieve their goals and organi ing social events.
