Due to continued success within the Go Resource Group, we are currently recruiting for a Trainee Commercial Recruitment consultants to join our energetic and focused team based in Rochester in Kent



There's not one typical person that makes a good trainee recruitment consultant. We've got people from all kinds of backgrounds - retail, sales professionals..



To succeed you'll need to demonstrate that you're sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed. Recruitment is hard work and not right for everyone and it takes time and perseverance to achieve results so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You need to be passionate about people, outgoing and confident with tenacity and self-motivation to succeed.



No prior recruitment experience is required, but you will need to have a business mind, be bright, well presented, articulate and determined.



This position you will be tasked with growing your own desk / business within our business under the guidance of our experienced recruitment experts and company directors. Our company owner has years of experience in the industry and will guide new starters on how to create a profitable division within the business.



Training and personal development is done on a 1-2-1 basis and is tailored to individual needs building on positives, recognising talent and rewarding success.



Applicants that have previous sales experience will be at a huge advantage and the position would suit individuals who have previously worked in some kind of sales and are happy attending regular site visits to meet existing and prospective clients.
