You will be required to undertake a full 360 consultant role sourcing candidates at all levels, whilst dealing with clients you will build lasting relationships with. The role involves working within targeted markets of general Insurance and Financial Services whilst also having exposure to Professional Office and IT recruitment, building a network of clients through business development and Account management who will regularly come back to you for their recruitment needs. At the same time, you will be building up a network of candidates that have the skills for your specific market. You will be responsible for your own desk - your desire to learn and develop will ultimately be the key to your own success.

We are seeking candidates who are currently working within the insurance industry who have a flair for sales and a desire to use their technical knowledge of insurance to establish a solid recruitment desk or if you are currently undertaking a recruitment role. If you have drive and ambition to succeed within a sales driven environment, this could be a great option for you.
