Go Resource are currently looking to recruit a Permanente Export Clerk for our successful client in based in the West Thurrock Location.
We are looking for an Export Clerk. We would like someone enthusiastic and looking for opportunities to progress, with some experience in Exports (USA / Canada would be preferable).
Key responsibilities are as follows
* Use of Company In-House systems to complete Export documentation and operational processes.
* Communicate effectively with the customer to obtain relevant information and ensure their needs are met.
* Resolve customer issues and escalate where support is needed.
* Liaise with sub-contractors to arrange carriage of goods to USA and Canada (LCL movements with cover on FCL as required)
* Raise payable invoices to customers and overseas agents in accordance with agreed rates and tariffs, whilst monitoring financial Profit & Loss levels on own shipments.
* Complete all administration functions in accordance with company policy and procedures.

* Commercial Awareness
* Attention to Detail
* IT Literate in Microsoft Office
