Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking an ambitious and client-focused Private Client Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a very established team in Sevenoaks.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive, professional and growing practice. You will work on a varied caseload, build strong client relationships and can take ownership of your matters.

The Role

Your work will include:
• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts and trust administration
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Advising individuals, families and high-net-worth clients
• Liaising with accountants, financial advisers and other professional contacts
• Managing your own caseload and delivering a high standard of client service

About You

You will ideally have:
• 2+ years' PQE in Private Client work
• Strong technical knowledge and experience managing your own caseload
• Excellent drafting, communication and client-care skills
• A commercially minded and practical approach
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
• A genuine ambition to develop your Private Client career
