Automation Test Engineer needed to work for a leading technology business.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the company’s quality assurance function, helping deliver reliable and trusted software.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining comprehensive automated test suites, with a primary focus on:

UI automation using Cypress and JavaScript
API testing using Postman or Bruno
Performance testing using JMeter

Working closely with developers, DevOps and QA engineers, you will help embed automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline and ensure the software remains scalable, secure and suitable for clinical use.

You will also contribute to manual and exploratory testing where automation is not appropriate, while maintaining strong regression test coverage across product releases.

Key Requirements
Strong experience in test automation for web applications
Excellent knowledge of Cypress and JavaScript
Experience with API testing using Postman or Bruno
Experience with performance testing using JMeter
Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Experience with GitHub Actions or similar tools
Strong attention to detail
A genuine passion for delivering secure, reliable and high-quality software
