Hays Recruitment is currently seeking a mobile maintenance Painter and Decorator for the Kent area.

You must be able to drive as this is a mobile role as well as have a proven track record/ experience in Painting and Decorating.

You will be carrying out a range of painting and redecoration tasks, including preparing and cleaning surfaces using methods such as scraping, sanding and steam cleaning; removing old wallpaper and loose paint; repairing cracks and holes in walls and joinery by applying fillers/ sealant. Prepare/sand the surface for application of a decorative product.

Keep up to date with all written and verbal communication. Ensure all records are maintained and kept up-to-date according to company policies and procedures. All communications must be kept up to date (i.e., emails/messages/telephone calls), liaise closely with line manager, team members and other teams, liaise with field-based staff and other group offices).
