Our client, an established construction business, has an exciting opportunity for a permanent Mobile Multi-Skilled Trade Engineer to join their friendly team.

Reporting to Senior Management, you will be responsible for:

* Identifying and diagnosing faults and rectifying them promptly
* Completing reactive and preventative maintenance across various sites
* Replenishing stock as and when required
* Meeting KPIs and targets for timely responses
* Ordering materials
* Submitting detailed reports upon job completion
* Supporting various trades on-site to enhance efficiency on complex jobs

To be considered for this role, you will need:

* Recognised trade qualifications such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3. Salary range dependent on qualifications.
* Experience in multiple trades, including plumbing, flooring, carpentry, painting, tiling, basic electrics, and window/door repairs
* Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
* Your own hand and power tools
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
