About Us:
Genco is a leading construction services provider to the retail sector. With a growing client base across the UK, we’re expanding our Estimating Team and looking for a dedicated Estimator to join us at our Maidstone Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates using client pricing formats and Schedules of Rates
• Break down Labour, Plant, and Materials for each estimate
• Source prices for specialist trades and place sub-contractor orders
• Ensure all estimates are fully documented with notes and photos
• Support the Commercial Manager with estimating, commercial, and procurement tasks

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in estimating, cost management, or quantity surveying
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Confident with Microsoft Excel and estimating software
✔ Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
