High street solicitors practice based in West Sussex seeks Private Client Solicitor or CILEX to oversee an existing caseload in the firms Worthing/Littlehampton offices.
You will be dealing with Probate & Estate matters, advising individuals and the elderly on IHT & CGT, drafting mirror and life interest Wills & handling POAs. Some experience with Court of Protection work would also be an advantage.
Individuals must be IT literate and have experience using Case Management systems (particularly LEAP), secretarial/admin support is also on hand.
Joining a small Private Client team, the successful individual will be working from two office locations (Worthing & Littlehampton) with (choice office being the main location.
Generous salary, bonus scheme and career progression/future Partnership is also on offer.
