Customer Service Advisor in Freight Forwarding
Monday to Friday
Do you have experience within Freight Forwarding?
Are you looking to join a well known freight forwarding and logistics Company
Duties
Manage all shipping documentation accurately and on time.
Deal with customer and overseas partner queries.
Monitor all shipments from overseas offices and team members.
Provide customers with updates ensuring online tracking info is up to date.
Organise delivery of customer goods within company credit policy.
What we need from you
Previous experience within Freight/import operations
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work to deadlines
Able to work on own initiative or part of a team
