We are recruiting for our client based in Wickford, who is looking for a dedicated and skilled Building Services Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either electrical or mechanical engineering, with the following qualifications and experience:
Qualifications:
* City and Guilds 236 or 2357 Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
* Electrical qualification: 17th Edition Test and Inspection or mechanical equivalent.
* Full clean driving licence.
Experience:
* Minimum of 3-5 years in a comparable role.
* Knowledge of Building and Information Management Systems.
* Experience in operational maintenance.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of project and operations management for all associated FM service provisions.
Skills and Attributes:
* Proactive and passionate about making a difference.
* Resilient and adaptable, able to work autonomously and well under pressure.
* Strong communication skills.
* Good stakeholder management.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00
