Premier Work Support are excited to be recruiting for temporary Production Operatives for a prestigious Catering client based in South West London. There may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
Our client supplies to London's top Restaurants, Hotels, Bars & Catering Companies with fresh seasonal produce. Due to the continued growth of the company, we are recruiting a team of production Operatives within the South West London area.
The duties and responsibilities of a Food Preparation assistant are:
* Preparing the fresh fruit and vegetables to the requested size and shape.
* Handling fresh produce.
* All aspects of food preparation from cleaning to cutting and packing.
* Precise and accurate results.
* Understand the importance of working in a fast paced food manufacturing environment.
* Experience with handling knives in a preparation background is extremely beneficial such as filleting and mass food preparation.
* Previous kitchen experience is extremely beneficial.
Shifts:
Sunday - Friday, 06:00 - 14:30 & 14:00 - 22:30. Flexibility with regards to this is key when meeting tight deadlines for mass production.
Pay rate: £11.44 per hour.
