A great opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager/Service Co-Ordinator to join our clients' busy Basildon office on a permanent office. The ideal candidate for this role will have a good understanding of Sage and dealing with sub contractors with strong written and oral Communication skills.
Duties:
* Logging service calls on Sage
* Dealing with numerous emails that come through day to day
* Incoming /outgoing calls to customers
* Raising quotations and sending them to customers
* Sourcing spare parts for equipment
* Raising equipment order forms
* Sending orders to sub-contractors
* Finding suppliers with the best discount for spare parts
* Sending equipment off to the manufacturer for repair
* Communicating with engineers to allocate service calls
* Sign off supplier/sub-contractor invoices
* Raising/sending invoices to customers
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Updating invoices onto Excel spreadsheet
* Agree monthly sales figures for servicing
