The Lettings / Office Administrator will have a diverse range of duties and responsibilities which will provide challenge and variety to your workday.
The role will be based in the Southend, Essex HQ but there will be regular visits to the City of London hub (travel costs will be covered).
Applicants will need to show experience working in an administration-based role. You will need to be able to cope with a busy work environment dealing with varied tasks throughout the day.
The ideal candidate will need to have strong computer skills. Good communicational and organisational skills are also essential.
Experience in lettings administration would also be adventageous- Manage company lettings properties / liaise with tenants regarding rent, contractors, inspections etc / draft and issue tenancy agreements / handle deposits with DPS.
