An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a growing dynamic team in a leading service centre as a Logistics Assistant.

If you have experience in the following please get in touch!
- Stores/Warehouse experience
- Excellent Computer Skills (experience with computerised stock systems an advantage)
- Highly developed ability to plan, prioritise, organize own work and attention to detail
- Well-developed communication skills
- Technical ability is an advantage
- Forklift driving qualification/experience an advantage (counterbalance)

Logistics Assistant job details include:

- Processing goods inwards and recording receipts on the system
- Goods inwards inspection and completion of audit of goods - including verification of stock
condition
- Booking in received units against assigned Return Material Advice Numbers
- Handling, repackaging, moving and storage of products and goods (may involve the use of a
forklift)
- Assisting with basic on/off testing of units (with Training) as required
- Assisting with product cleaning (with Training) as required
- Packing of goods to appropriate customer specifications
- Despatch of goods, completion of appropriate paperwork and carrier documentation (where
necessary)
- Inventory management and control of repair stock and customer stock
- General housekeeping duties
- Cover of administrative duties including:
- Liaising and communication between the main customers, including suppliers and customers of the company
- Receiving orders, service orders and audits
- Cooperation with the technical team to ensure timely execution of orders and meet service level agreements of maintenance contracts
- Administration of customers' systems, ensuring integrity and maintenance.
- Maintaining the quality of processes
- Preparing for customer visits
