An exciting new instruction for a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join the European Digital Team of a global manufacturing client with offices close to London Euston and offers attractive hybrid working arrangements.

The role is presented on a temporary basis, initially for approximately 12 months, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home and is designed to work alongside another Performance Marketing Specialist within the business, plus you will take on some of your own areas of work.

The European Digital Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing PPC & DSP budgets on Amazon Ads across our European subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PPC and DSP platforms, as well as the ability to manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels in partnership with our Amazon Agency. There is also a requirement to work effectively with Local Marketing teams to ensure that they are getting the most out of their investments.

Responsibilities:
• Manage PPC & DSP spend across our European subsidiaries.
• Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns for each market, aligned to each brand's strategy.
• Work with Amazon Agency & Amazon Ads teams to optimize campaigns and track results.
• Identify and test new channels and opportunities.
• Analyse data to identify trends and insights.
• Report on performance and make recommendations for improvement to stakeholders.
• Upskill and enable local marketing teams to understand and get the most out of their investments.

Qualifications:
• 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of PPC and DSP platforms.
• Experience with Amazon Ads and working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels and brands simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Rate of Pay/Hours of Work:
An attractive rate of pay is available depending on experience
37 hours per week
Hybrid working: 2 days in the office and 3 days
