An excellent and highly respected Accountancy Firm with multiple offices in the UK are looking for a NEW Audit Manager in their Tunbridge Wells office to assist with the growth of the practice through management of current clients and acquisition of new clients.

You will be carrying out audit assignments for clients whilst ensuring the audit team are on track and completing their work in a timely fashion and within budget. Your leadership skills will come into play whilst you control and supervise the junior staff in a friendly manner. Your strong knowledge of practices and principles will be used in advising clients on areas of: business improvement, progress of the audit and meeting them to discuss accounts related matters or negotiating terms of business.

This role does require you to be able to travel to other offices and clients so you must have a reliable mode of transport and cost of travel will be reimbursed by the firm.

A successful candidate would have a a few years post qualification experience within an accountancy practice. An ideal candidate would be able to manage a team of up to 10 staff with previous experience to demonstrate this or willing capability.

The salary starts at £60,000-£65,000 + bonus + benefits.
