Senior Legal Assistant

Medway, Hybrid working

£30,000 -£35,000

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our Medway based client.

The Senior Legal Assistant handles a variety of defended and bespoke litigation files from inception to conclusion.

Responsibilities:

* Handle varied contentious caseloads.
* Assess cost implications and commercial benefits.
* Support Legal Assistants with their caseloads.
* Compile monthly reports.
* Liaise with external agencies and internal management.
* Draft court documents and instruct counsel.
* Ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

* Qualified Legal Executive or Law Degree.
* Experience with contentious caseloads and court advocacy.
* Knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and relevant Consumer Acts
* Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
