My unique client based just outside Canterbury is looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper/PA/Administrator to play a vital part in the development and growth of this successful family run business. This is a temporary role with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
Reporting to the FD, the ideal candidate will have a good accounting background with a wealth of all round experience within a small finance function. The role will involve all aspects of the accounting cycle from posting invoices, VAT returns, collating time sheets, stock taking and cash handling. Typical for a smaller company role, there will also be associated administrative duties outside of accounts that the successful candidate could be involved with, ranging from personnel administration to assisting with sales order paperwork.
My client is looking to fill this role as a matter of urgency so you must be available immediately or at short notice.
