My clients require a highly motivated property sales consultant to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the property portfolio and driving new business focusing on new builds/developments. This is a great role for someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets, identifying new business opportunities, and providing brilliant customer service.
The role offers variety and includes some of the below duties;
· Sales progression
· Registering applications
· Arranging viewings
· Conducting viewing
· Liaising with developers
· Client services
· General administration duties
With a fantastic salary of £24,000 (base) plus commission £27,000 OTE.
