Trainee Syndicate Claims Adjuster

We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading global insurer, who underwrite on a Syndicate and Company platform. This role is part of a long-term strategic plan to organically develop claims excellence within the business and utilise the knowledge and expertise within the company.

This is a development opportunity for someone working within a London Market claims role who is looking to progress their career.

This could be a claims broker within the Lloyds market or an existing (Assistant) Claims Adjuster who is looking for a new environment and the chance to expand their technical knowledge across multiple lines.

At the end of a 2-year development programme, there will be the option to specialise in a specific class, having gained understanding of a variety of claims across different classes of insurance.

What you need to show

* A minimum of 2 year's experience within a Lloyds / Company market claims position.
* Knowledge of ECF and claims processes and procedures.
* Exposure to international claims
* A desire to learn and commit to a long-term career within claims.
