We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join one of our clients in Maidstone. You will be the first point of contact providing an excellent service. You will speak to a wide range of customers with different needs and are required to risk assess each one and book in visits within the agreed timeframes.
* You will be experienced in handling all types of telephone calls (incoming and outgoing)
* You will speak with a wide range of customers and ensure appropriate service is given
* You will risk assess each referral and book in visits in line with policies and procedures
* You'll have the ability to interpret information and assess level of risk
* You will possess clear and concise communication skills both verbally and written
* You will be able to multi-task and prioritise your own workload
This role pays £13.71ph and is fully office based. This role is on a temporary basis until December 2024
This is a full time role, 37hrs a week, Monday to Friday with some evenings and Saturday working required.
An enhanced DBS and satisfactory referencing are required for this role.
