Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

      •     Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
      •     Prepare and edit correspondence, communications.
      •     Finalising presentations, and other documents to a professional standard using advanced PowerPoint, excel and Word skills.
      •     Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.
      •     Act as the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
      •     Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
      •     Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues as they arise.
      •     Arrange travel accommodations,
      •     Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives as requested.

Requirements:

      •     Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
      •     Excellent organizational and time management skills.
      •     Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
      •     Proficiency/Advanced in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
      •     Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
      •     Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
      •     Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
