Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is a Christian mission organisation using light aircraft to deliver help, hope and healing in over 25 countries. For more than 75 years, MAF aircraft have been overcoming inaccessible terrain transporting mission and development agency staff, delivering urgent aid and medical supplies to transform the lives of remote and isolated communities. As part of our mission, we are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Fund Raising & Donor Acquisition Manager.

Responsibilities

Developing and executing comprehensive digital campaigns for donor acquisition and fundraising initiatives.
Conducting thorough market research and donor analysis to identify target audiences and create data-driven campaigns.
Overseeing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for maximum ROI.
Creating persuasive and emotive ad copy, email campaigns, and social media content to inspire engagement and donations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with organisational objectives and milestones.
Tracking, measuring, and reporting on campaign performance, utilising insights to enhance future campaigns.
Managing campaign budgets effectively to achieve fundraising targets.

Requirements:

Educated to degree level or equivalent with ideally with a professional qualification in digital communications t

Experience:

Development and management of digital marketing and donor acquisition campaigns
Strong digital copywriting skills
Proficiency in paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Experience with email communications and analytics tools
Familiarity with SEO marketing and CRM systems (desirable: click Dimensions, Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Skills/Abilities:

Understanding of HTML & CSS
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent project management and organisational abilities

Personal Attributes:

Emotional resourcefulness and service orientation
Flexibility and adaptability towards others and circumstances

Terms and Conditions

Location: This role is base at the MAF UK Offices in Folkestone, Kent. We welcome hybrid working in line with our flexible working policy, the needs of the business, the requirements of the role and your location. This will be discussed at interview.
Working Hours: At least 36 hours per week, with 1 hour for lunch daily unpaid. Hours should be agreed with line manager.
Annual Leave: Annual leave entitlement of 22 days per year and 8 paid public holidays per year.
Pension Scheme: Non-contributory (10% of salary).
Probation: 6 months
Notice Period: 3 months each.
Salary: £40,000 per annum
