Through constant use and development of innovative technology, two new brands, INSTABOOM and SOSEC, have been developed showcasing the world’s first mobile solar anti incursion and overhead asset protection systems for highways and construction.
Due to wide usage of our products across the UK, our manufacturing and field servicing teams require agile and effective support from head office. We are looking for an experienced Operations Co-ordinator, with an enquiring and process driven mind, to support the performance of a growing team with amazing possibilities ahead. The Position
Assist Operations Director and Production Manager in daily administration tasks and compliance.
Assistance with technical helpdesk operations with a customer-focused approach, working with customer support tickets and breakdown issues.
Assisting with a dynamic schedule of work to balance manufacturing and field teams to meet customer expectations
Support in the generation of health & safety and other compliance documentation for delivery of stock to customers
Understanding of the movement of hired items to and from customer sites.
Responsible for processing incoming enquiries via telephone and email.
Improving efficiency and focusing on continuous improvement.
Responsible for stock management and supplier ordering to ensure timely delivery of components.
40 hours per week, PRP bonus, pension, overtime and healthcare

High attention to detail with ‘no questions’ attitude to quality.
Excellent clear communicator with both written and verbal communication
Self-starter, energetic
Excellent IT skills with experience using Microsoft Office as well as online database-driven applications and CRM.
Strong abilities to manage task lists and competing priorities while working to a deadline.
Flexible and stress-resilient personality
Natural focus on processes and continuous improvement
Some electrical and or engineering experience would be beneficial
Team player with personality!
