Role Overview:

As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving technology initiatives within our organisation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure successful delivery of IT projects. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the organisations services and improving the lives of their residents.

Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any challenges that may arise during project execution.
* Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions by managing change processes and ensuring effective communication.
* Technology Solutions: Work closely with our IT team to implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
* Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Proven track record as an IT Project Manager, ideally within the housing sector.
* Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are advantageous.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse complex issues and propose effective solutions.
* Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to build positive relationships.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
* Familiarity with housing association operations such as Civica Cx.
* Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate/Apps).
