This distinguished Chartered Accountancy is one of the UK's leading advisors in their sector. They are based close to Canterbury and have been growing substantially for the past 10 years, looking for new members of their developing outsourcing team to company clients and private clients!

Your key responsibilities include preparation and review of Management Accounts, including budget vs actuals and forecasting, and maintaining clients' accounting records. You will be assisting clients with improving their internal processes and procedures whilst accurately prepare and review VAT Returns. Some clients may require interim financial controller support which may also be a part of your role.

Strong leadership skills are also needed for this role as you will be involved in development and training of the junior team alongside reviews of there work.

This role is ideal for qualified management accountant looking for a new challenge and with new and interesting clients!

The successful candidate will have good experience of bookkeeping, payroll and preparation of VAT Returns. You must be able to prepare management accounts including key performance indicators, cash flows, budget vs actuals, etc. In order to effectively communicate with clients you must be confident in meeting face to face and be able to think on your feet. Knowledge of accounting softwares including Xero, Sage and Key accounts would be ideal.

Salary is £35,000 - £45,000 + bonus + benefits.
