Our client, an independent Motor Specialist have an urgent requirement for a permanent Diagnostic Technician to join their team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills.

Duties will include:

* Carrying out diagnosis and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
* Communicating with the Service Reception team and workshop control.
* Speaking with customers on occasion to provide expert technical opinions.
* Maintaining thorough and up to date product knowledge.
* Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals with the use of EVHC.
* Maintaining good housekeeping standards.

Experience with the following would be beneficial:

* Manufacturer training in prestige vehicles
* Quality awareness
* MOT Qualification
* FGAS, Hybrid and Electric training

Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5:30pm, plus overtime availability
