Our client who is an Insurance Broker looking for a trainee Account Handler to join the team in the Kent office. The purpose of the role i to learn to deal with clients insurance requirements across Commercial and Personal Insurance risks.



Main Duties:

* Handle insurance renewals for client accounts
* Handle correspondence from existing clients, including mid-term adjustments and policy changes
* Provide new quotes to new clients
* Build relationships and rapport with our clients
* Assist with general commercial, and household insurance policies; new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
* Maintain and keep up to date client records
* Assist clients with claims where required



Essential Skills Required:

* Strong IT skills
* Educated to A-Level or equivalent as a minimum



Desirable:

* Good organisation skills
* Strong time management
* Ability to manage own workload



What you need to know:

* Permanent role
* Based in Kent
* Salary between £20,000 - £25,000
