Experienced Sous Chef in Sandwich
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our established client in Sandwich as a Sous Chef.
This is initially a temporary contract with the view to go permanent after a successful 16 week probationary period.
Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00 with the occasional weekend or evening shift to support with events.
This position will require an experienced Sous Chef who is confident to help out with ordering supplies and completing rotas. You will also be responsible for the daily preparation of Fresh Meals for the breakfast and lunch service, involvement in menu planning and stock management.
Salary - Circa £14-£15 per hour
Previous experience working in the Catering industry is essential, along with Culinary qualifications or equivalent experience. Basic food and hygiene certificate is desirable.
