Job Title: Sales Order Processor



Location: Margate, Kent



Contract: Temp to Perm



Salary: £12ph



Hours: 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday - 12pm finish on a Friday!

You will be joining such a friendly and outgoing team as a Sales Order Processor, you will be made to feel so welcome from day 1, people love working here. This is a temporary position starting almost immediately, however the view is that the role will go permanent for the right candidate, so this could be a great foot in the door.

The duties in your new role would be:

* Supporting the Customer Service team with a range of duties
* Answering calls to the sales office
* Processing customer orders using SAGE
* Monitoring the Customer Service mailbox
* Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Updating pricing reports and product details
* Updating documents i.e. the sales order booklet
* Updating customer records as necessary
* Ensuring orders and processed and dispatched on time
* Responding to sales queries via the Website
* All other adhoc administration as required



We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

* Previous office-based Customer Service or Sales experience
* Good IT skills
* Strong communication and people skills
