Job Title: Office Administrator

Pay: £12-£14ph (Depending on experience)

Hours:16hrs per week (Mon - Thurs) *Hours can be flexible and can be split over 2-4 days if needed*

Reports To Director

Job Purpose

We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support our Director and team with general office administration where the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers & suppliers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

* Answering incoming calls & email.
* Filing and maintaining existing internal document trail.
* Light packing & receiving deliveries.
* Sales & Purchase Orders Processing.
* Quotation, Organising & Invoicing for the service visits of our service engineer.
* General administrative support to the Director and the engineering team
* Credit control via liaison with bookkeeping which we outsource.
* Arranging & booking couriers (same day/overnight)

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal and the ability to work with limited supervision.
* Self-motivation.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (or email client)
* Previous experience with PO's and Invoices
* Available Immediately
