Office Administrator - part time maternity cover contract (30 hours per week)
Based in the Sandwich area, we are looking for a presentable and professional candidate for a part-time Office Administrator position. This is a maternity cover contract, starting as soon as possible.
Hours of work can be 830am to 200pm, or 900am to 230pm - Monday to Friday. In return you will receive a highly competitive salary - trust me, this job is a winner!
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is keen to be involved and happy to work to support the team outside of your normal duties, where needed. A calm head under pressure and someone who is a good communicator, engaging and personable would be ideal. It's all about having the right attitude and being willing to learn and develop.
You will be based on the main reception and duties will include, but not be limited to:
* Meeting and greeting visitors, booking them in, alerting staff to their arrival
* Answering calls with a good telephone manor
* Responding to emails
* Dealing with deliveries, post etc
* Preparing lunches/ordering lunches for external contractors
* Some bookkeeping duties, mostly data inputting into Xero, purchase ledger, sales ledger, etc.
Experience with Xero and/or Sage Intact, as well as shipping experience would be preferred, but is not essential.
