Skills & Requirements needed for the role
* Pervious trade experience
* Background in working on new build properties
* Must be able to communicate effectively with customers in a polite and concise manor
* Full clean UK Driving license / vailed in date CSCS card or willing to apply for a cscs card
* Experience in troubleshooting/ investigating
* Overseeing larger/ complex jobs
* Strong customer service skills and trade qualification
