Your new role
Your new role as a service manager will be to provide a single point of contact for all billable works under £25k.
Your will involve the following:

* Overseeing the delivery of Reactive & Programmed maintenance on the Establishment to ensure tasks are completed to a standard that meets the contractual ‘First Time Fix' requirements.
* Undertake Programmed maintenance inspections as required.
* Delivering Billable works as directed by Line Manager.
* Ensuring that all Maintenance and Billable Works activity carried out on site is conducted iaw JSP 375.
* Working closely with Mobile APs to ensure that all applicable works conform to the requirements of JSP 375
* Managing FGas and waste compliance within the establishment.
* Managing the delivery of Grounds Maintenance within the establishment
* Ensure that all complaints are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner

What you'll need to succeed
The requirements to be considered for the role are:

* ONC/BTEC level qualification electrical/mechanical engineering related discipline
* Experience in delivery of Planned Maintenance and KPI management
* Working knowledge of CDM regulations
* IOSH
* Previous use of CAFM applications
* Full, clean driving licence

Security clearance is required due to the nature of the environment.
