Interim Assistant Finance Manager

The Opportunity:

Our client is seeking an experienced Interim Assistant Finance Manager. This is an exciting chance to take the reins of financial data analysis and reporting for multiple key areas. You will take control of the Management Information function within the finance team and provide support in various reporting areas. This role requires a background in a similar role and experience in partnering with the business on key cost areas.

Your Role Will Involve:

- Managing the internal Management Information reporting and data analysis within the finance team.
- Assisting in the regular update of sales forecasts.
- Managing insurance returns and associated reporting.
- Providing business partnership for several cost centres.
- Submitting actual results and forecasts into the group consolidation system.
- Managing ad-hoc accounting tasks at month-end.
- Supervising a team of two direct reports.
- Supporting miscellaneous requests such as conducting financial due diligence checks for potential suppliers.
- Assisting with process improvement and proactive management and coordination of actions.
