Are you an experienced payroll professional with a passion for managing employee benefits? We are currently seeking a dedicated Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our esteemed client in Maidstone.
Responsibilities:
-Accurately process and manage the end-to-end payroll function for a high volume of employees.
-Ensure timely and accurate payment of wages, salaries, and benefits in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
-Maintain employee records and handle changes in personal information, employment details, and benefits eligibility.
-Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
-Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll and benefits-related queries.
-Prepare payroll reports, statements, and analyses for management review.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest payroll legislation, tax regulations, and industry best practices.
-Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
-Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and benefits administration.
-Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
-Detail-oriented with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
-Exceptional organizational and time management abilities to meet strict deadlines.
-Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels and provide exceptional customer service.
-High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
-CIPP or similar certification is a plus.
