Our client is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Finishing Assistant to join their team.

Duties include:
• Assist in the completion of various finishing tasks.
• Operate and maintain finishing equipment, such as cutters, folders, gluers, and binders.
• Ensure accuracy and precision in finishing operations, including cutting, folding, gluing, and binding.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to meet client specifications and maintain the highest standards of quality control.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of finishing supplies and assist in procurement as needed.
• Provide support and assistance to other team members as required.
• Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have / be:
• Familiarity with various finishing techniques and equipment, such as cutters, folders, gluers, and binders.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks.
• Effective time management skills to meet production deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
