Trainee Cut and Crease Minder

Our client is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Trainee Cut and Crease Minder. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a well-established company that values innovation, quality, and professional development.

Duties include:
• Assist in the setup and operation of cut and crease machinery for production.
• Learn to interpret job orders, specifications, and other instructions to effectively execute cutting and creasing tasks.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production processes.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have / be:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of operating machinery and standing for extended periods.
